Pen Down Your Thoughts...



Before I proceed any further and reveal this BIG SECRET let me tell you guys a cool story but deep - Researchers have found that just the way an aggressive workout in the gym decrease your energy and leave you feeling worn out, the same applies to willpower. Too much demand can abridge will power.

Write shit down. That's the big secret. I'm not talking about taking notes of somebody else cool story or writing minutes, or someother bullshit. No! I mean take notes of your thoughts. 

Don't assume that "Na me dey scheme pass". Irò! Relieve your brain from the stress of keeping track of multiple thoughts. Get a small notebook and dedicate it's pages to the contents of your mind.

Pen down your achievements and things you hope to achieve, jot down your ideas, write a list of things you have to do...... Begin here-(get a pen and a notebook).
